Villa Retreat in Paros Island

The project concerns a two-story country house in the countryside of the island of Paros. We mainly dealt with the design of the surrounding area as well as the interior decoration of the residence. For the surrounding area, the dominant element is the water element in the form of a long and narrow infinity pool that runs the entire length of the residence, creating at the same time a movement path and a boundary with the surrounding area. Open-air living areas and daycare facilities are developed in direct relation to the water’s axis of movement. Small internal courtyards and access to the roof of the residence create daily spaces with stunning sea views. Rough materials and natural materials were chosen to keep the interior design palette close to the Aegean aesthetics. A minimal and close-to-nature lifestyle is encouraged through the project’s materiality.

Short Stay Apartment Building in Piraeus

This project concerns the reuse of a multi-storey office building into short-stay apartments near the heart of the port of Piraeus. The renovation followed the axis of the minimum possible interventions to serve the new use of the building. The building’s façade was designed by a fellow architecture studio.

Apartment in Pagrati

The apartment is located out front of the Truman Monument at 42 Vasileos Konstantinou Street, Pagrati. The project is about a minimal modern apartment of 75m2 on the 7th floor of the building that hosts a couple. The main goal was to maximize space and light to create a calm, serene environment that would not only support flexible, modern living but also form a backdrop to playful design interventions.

House by the Sea in Hermione

Plant-covered Facade Renovation for an Apartment Building in Athens

Its distinctive asymmetrical gridded facade is adorned with lush greenery, creating a striking visual contrast against the surrounding urban landscape.
