House by the Sea in Hermione

The architectural design for a 300-square-meter house located by the sea in Ermioni Argolida has been consciously crafted to incorporate water as a central element in its design. This has affected both the residence’s layout and the outdoor space. The house has been carefully designed to showcase the prominence of the water element.

Introducing movement islands, reminiscent of corridors or steps for walking, defines the water element. These islands not only contribute to the visual appeal but also create private swimming areas seamlessly connected to the expansive unified swimming and playing space, extending gracefully towards the sea.

The main areas of the residence feature expansive openings, offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding water. Additionally, three elevated rooms, each with internal lofts, artfully frame the main ground floor area, providing a distinctive touch to the overall architectural configuration.
