]]> For Social Deli, a wine bar delicatessen located in the center of Athens, we opened up the restaurant to a gallery, to emphasise the public character of the place. The store, a ​​40sqm space sitting on the ground floor of a 1930s building, features a storefront facing a busy street, while its west side offers views and access to the gallery. These features were key tools for the architectural approach.

]]> For Coupepe, a popular, casual, all-day restaurant in northern Athens, we were challenged to create a new design that would feel fresh, but also familiar for old-time loyal clients. We chose to create a playful atmosphere, rich in textures and popping colours that reference a retro aesthetic – like ceramic tiles, veneer, paper lanterns, salvaged toys and patterned glass.
