The first step was to evaluate the space, according to the principles of the traditional Chinese system of geometry, Feng Shui. This resulted in the ideal positions for each use, ensuring maximum functionality and usability of the space.
The architectural study aimed to align the minimalistic and timeless style of Lowfat Architecture + Interiors with the signature edgy and sophisticated aesthetic of Ckontova. Thus the design concept was based on simple, clean lines with a timeless and refined style approach.

On the store floor, the main goal was to make the architectural design of the space the ideal background against which the clothes are displayed and highlighted, while clearly expressing the company’s identity.
The original white mosaic floor was preserved and maintained, upgrading the overall project and the aesthetic experience of the users.

Entering the space, past the window, the store unfolds as a long narrow corridor, with the cash register on the left and opposite the two accent walls, composed of large sheets of white backlit polycarbonate, to create a backdrop for clothes.
In the middle of the store, stand two mirror cubes, within comfortably reside the dressing rooms. Opposite them is a waiting area with the brand logo on the wall.

At the end of the corridor, there is a private product sampling area, covered around the perimeter by long velvet curtains in a natural shade.

As for the office space, which also functions as a design room and space for creative ideas for the company, it follows a simple and clear design, with white shades on the walls, ceiling and furniture aiming to create a white canvas, which leaves a free field for integral composition and creation.

On the contrary, the kitchen and break area become friendly and welcoming, open to the company’s partners.

For the exterior, a metal frame was created that frames the showcase and offers a shaded seating area.
